What Should You Expect? 

    In our sessions, we will set goals, identify barriers and ways to overcome exising struggles. The sessions will boost your self-confidence and self-esteem while using real-life examples and scenarios. You will be able to self-rely on your inner strength to feel happy, motivated and to be more productive.

Format

   The standard sessions are 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes long. However, the sessions will be adjusted to accommodate you and your schedule. The cost of the sessions may vary based on the type, duration and frequency of the sessions.
